Wondering what to do on those random early release days? Walk over to the library for a movie! We’ll have a range of kid friendly movies (think “A Dog’s Journey,” “Moana” or “LEGO Batman.” All rated G or PG) The kids who are here at 2:00 will vote on what to watch, but drop in anytime. Snacks will be provided.
*Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a person over 12, per library policy.

The City has selected Hibbard Street (from Maple Avenue to Dix Street) as a full reconstruction project for 2020. On Wednesday October 16th, there will be a meeting to provide further information on the design, the timeline and the process necessary for the project. City officials will be on hand to discuss and take questions on this important public infrastructure improvement.

All levels of knit and crocheters are welcome to join. Finished projects are all donated to the VA Hospital, Project Linus, the NICC Foundation and Columbus Community Hospital. Have some unused yarn around and don’t know what to do with it? The Senior Center accepts yarn donations for the group.
