New York’s Public Theater is coming to Columbus and will be preforming Sweat written by Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Lynn Wottage. With warm humor and tremendous heart, Sweat tells the story of a group of friends who have spent their lives sharing drinks, secrets and laughs while working together on the line of a factory floor. But when layoffs and picket lines begin to chip away at their trust, the friends find themselves pitted against each other in the hard fight to stay afloat. This is HUGE, don’t miss it!

“Braving It: A Father, a Daughter, and an Unforgettable Journey into the Alaskan Wild” by James Campbell
On their most ambitious trip to Alaska, James Campbell and his daughter Aidan backpack over Alaska’s Brooks Range to the headwaters of the mighty Hulahula River, and then canoe to the Arctic Ocean. The journey would test them, and their relationship, in one of the planet’s most remote places. At turns poignant and humorous, “Braving It” is an ode to America’ disappearing wilderness and a profound meditation on what it means for a child to grow up and a parent to finally, fully let go
