City Council Schedules Summer 2016 Listening Session
The Columbus City Council invites the public to a Summer Listening Session on Wednesday, August 24th from 6 – 8 pm at the Resthaven Shelter at Columbus Firemen’s Park. In an effort to encourage and improve citizen engagement, council members once again invite all city residents to share ideas, concerns and to participate in open discussion with their elected city representatives in an informal setting.
Among current topics that could be discussed include the 2016 Street Reconstruction Projects, the 2017 City Budget, general policy or ordinance issues and the upcoming 2017 James Street Reconstruction. The City Council asks for input from the public on other topics as well. If you have any suggestions on discussion topics prior to the meeting, please contact City Administrator Patrick Vander Sanden at 623-5900, or via email at pvandersanden@columbuswi.us.

No city business will be transacted at this listening session.
