2021 Dog Licenses

All dogs 5 months or older are required to be licensed as per Section No. 14-61(a) of the City Code.

Since City Hall is currently closed to the public, please use the 24-hour drop box located at the entrance closest to James Street. 

Please provide the following:

• Name, address, phone number, dog(s) name(s)
• Rabies Certificate for each dog
• Cash or check made payable to the City of Columbus
  1. $10 per dog / spayed or neutered
  2. $15 per dog / unaltered
• Note:  late fee of $5.00 applies after April 1

Your rabies certificate(s) will be mailed back to you, along with the new dog tag.
