On August 1, 2016, the Columbus City Council approved the final assessment report for properties along the street affected by the reconstruction project. This report only finalizes the methodology for determining the assessment amounts, as there have been some adjustments to since the beginning of the process.

The actual final amounts to be assessed to each property will not be known until final costs for the project are realized.
