Saturday morning, October 17, (weather depending) binder course, or the 1st layer of blacktop, will be laid on the North end of Hibbard St. Please do not park on the street Saturday morning. It can be driven on in the afternoon upon completion. If cancelled, it will be pushed back to Monday (again, weather depending). Cancellation will be announced via the city website and Facebook page. 

Friday, October 16, patch areas will be dug out at Hibbard and Dix, and will be blacktopped on Saturday along with the North end of Hibbard. Watch for "Bump" signs.
