[ARCHIVED] Hibbard Street Reconstruction Public Informational meeting - Nov. 20

Hibbard Street will include replacement of sanitary sewer, manholes and sanitary sewer laterals within the right of way.  Storm Sewer will include new storm sewer, inlets and storm sewer manholes to improve drainage.  Water main, valves, hydrants and water services will be replaced within the right of way.  The project will also include a full street reconstruction which will include new curb and gutter, new driveway aprons and new sidewalk. 


Turner Street will include installation of new storm sewer, inlets, and storm sewer manholes to improve drainage and extend to Hibbard Street.  The project will also include pavement replacement on a portion of the street.


The City and staff will be conducting the second of three public informational meeting to allow residents to provide feedback and get clarification on the proposed project.  This meeting will give an update of the project and show the proposed work and locations.  The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday November 20th at the senior center at 6:30 p.m.  and will include a project presentation followed by a period for questions.
