Due to an unexpected need to continue utility work, construction crews needed to work on the water main at Mill Street and N. Lewis today, June 29, 2016. This has caused the closure of that intersection and access to the railroad viaduct.

Residents and travelers who ordinarily come into Columbus over the N. Lewis Viaduct should be use the route north on N. Lewis/Old Hwy 73 and come back into Columbus via the current State Highway 73 or an alternate route. This closure is only expected to last today and the road will be reopened, tomorrow, June 30th
