CAAC Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics at the CAAC

The CAAC is proud to announce that each Monday and Wednesday water aerobics will be led by Tammy Gunderson. A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone & cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees & back.

Water aerobics takes place Monday – Friday, 5:00pm—6:00pm

*Off days Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Work out on your own as we provide the equipment needed.

* $3 drop in fee each class

* CAAC members FREE

* Or purchase a water aerobics card for unlimited access ($50 resident / $65 nonresident)
