Columbus Recreation wants you to join our Adult Fitness Challenge for the months of June 1 - July 31st. Competitors will perform a fitness related routine of their choice while keeping track of their time (on your honor). For every 75 minutes completed, your name will be entered into our drawing for a FIT KIT. One male, One female winner.

Included in our "packet" are suggested exercises - you are welcome to do the ones that best fit your needs.

No need to enroll - do it on your own and send completed log sheets to Amy Jo no later than August 1st - all entries of the 75 minutes completed will be entered into a drawing to win our FIT KIT. One male, One female winner.
