Public meeting for WIS 16 in Columbia County

A public information meeting will occur on Wednesday, May 25 to discuss the reconstruction of the WIS 16 intersection with WIS 60 in Columbia County. The meeting will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Columbus Area Senior Center, 125 N. Dickason Blvd., Columbus, WI, 53925.

The proposed project will reconstruct and signalize the intersection. The length of the project is 0.41 miles. The project will also include 0.24 miles of reconstruction on WIS 60.

WIS 16 and 60 will be open to traffic during the construction, which is expected to last from May of 2016 to October of 2016.

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, provide input and ask questions concerning this project.
