Home sales in Columbus remained strong in the 2nd quarter of 2018.  The listing attached is put together from the various requests from Title Companies for information on current assessed values, taxing rates, utility bills, past due amounts or other items that may impact the sale of a property.  It is not all inclusive because some sales occur without this report/information being requested.  To see a full list you can go to Columbia County and click on "Tax Parcel Data Search" - when the screen appears in the top right hand corner choose search sales history.
