Notice is hereby given that the City of Columbus Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the City Hall, 105 N Dickason Blvd, Columbus, Wisconsin on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2018 at 5:00 pm to consider the request of Garett Derr to construct an accessory structure at 241 S Spring Street which would be closer to the interior side yard than permitted by code, a variance to Sec 114.59 (4)(e) (3)(a) which states the interior side yard setback for the R3 district is 10% of the lot width at building line and Sec 114.100 (3)(a) which states no part of a detached accessory structure shall be located closer than five feet to the rear lot line. Details of the application are available on the City of Columbus website and on file in the office of Planning and Development, 105 N Dickason Blvd and may be viewed Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. All Zoning Board of Appeals hearings are open to the public and interested persons are encouraged to attend.
