NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR 2020 PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENTS
FOR HIBBARD AND TURNER STREET & UTILITY IMPROVEMENT
The Report of the Engineer for the Preliminary Assessments for 2020 Hibbard and Turner Street & Utility Improvements has been filed in the office of the City Clerk as directed by Resolution 18-19 of the Common Council of the City of Columbus. The report may be viewed in the office of the City Clerk, 105 N. Dickason Blvd., Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Columbus shall conduct a Public Hearing at the Columbus City Hall, 105 N. Dickason Blvd., Columbus, WI on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 6:30 PM regarding the Report of the Engineer and the preliminary assessments for properties within the following described assessment district all lying within the City of Columbus, Columbia County, Wisconsin; lots abutting both sides of Hibbard Street, from its intersection with Dix Street to its intersection with Maple Avenue. All interested persons, or their agents, or attorneys may appear before the Council at that time and be heard concerning matters contained in Resolution 18-19 and the Report of the Engineer.

The public hearing for Hibbard Street Special Assessments will be held on March 10, 2020 at 6:30 PM in the Council Chambers. Bid openings for this project will take place on February 19 and assessments will be sent out on February 20th.
If you have recently had improvements to your driveway or other areas of your right of way that you feel should be considered in your assessment, please bring documentation of the completed work to the public hearing.
