Warner Street Park Grand Opening
Enerpac’s (a division of Actuant Corporation) corporate “Give Where You Live” program was established in an effort to give back to our local community. Our Columbus location donated time and funds to build a community park located at Warner Street (on the city’s west side) for community leisure and enjoyment. The initial work included children’s play equipment and more equipment may be added in the future. Stay tuned!
Enerpac would like to invite you to the Grand Opening of the Enerpac Playground on Warner Street! The Grand Opening will be held on Saturday, May 4, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. (If the weather is not cooperating, the rain date for this event would be Saturday, May 11 instead.)
The Grand Opening will include:
- Goodie Bags for the first 100 kids
- Culver’s frozen custard
- Balloon animals
- And of course….time to enjoy and explore the new playground
We hope to see all of you there!
Kiwanis Park Diamond One Closed
Hello Columbus – We know that our baseball diamonds in Kiwanis Park are a popular attraction. Spring is in the air and the weather is finally in our favor. Last fall Columbus Baseball Organization (CBO) added drain tile to Diamond One in Kiwanis Park as part of their efforts to control excess water in the parks. The City along with the CBO currently have this area closed off to the public; not only for your safety, but to help expedite the process for the grass to grow and the outfields to dry. There is snow fencing around Diamond one at the moment ~ please remain off of this area until further notice. Thank you for helping us!
