Other meetings are scheduled throughout the year as requested by boards,
committees, or commissions. All meetings must be posted at City Hall. A copy
of the open meeting notice can be obtained by contacting the clerk’s office. The
Friday prior to each Council meeting, a copy of the current list of scheduled
meetings is sent to every department as part of the Council packet.
